How to start this blog

Ok... what is this thing about blogging all about? I think many blogs are about bragging...full stop!

I am sure there will be an element of that here as well  looking at who i am as a person, but i will try and keep some kind of a personal log (blog) of what i will be doing to get ready for racing some of the Swedish Cup races in road cycling, and ride Vätternrundan at a time somewhere around 7:30.
